Lol no, the fuel pump relay. It's located somewhere under the drivers side dash knee panel, but I'm not sure which relay. Bicycle and roller blade. i thought fuel pump relay was "614". and if i am correct then it's under the dash board right about where your left knee is. it's the far left one.

Pull the fuel pump relay, have helper turn key to crank, use testlite, check the terminals where the relay plugs in, two terminals should be hot. Look near the oil filter and see if you have a fuel pump on the side of the engine block. If you do you do not have a relay. If you do not have the fuel pump on the side of the engine then there should be two relays for the fuel under the hood. I would guess that your Ford E350 cutaway RV chassis is a 1986 and may have the engine pump.
Hey guys, my fuel pump isn't running and I can't start the truck. I just checked the voltage at the pump connector. I only got a 4.6 volt reading from one wire. I checked the inertia switch and it wasn't tripped. I'm assuming there's an issue with the fuse, inertia switch, or relay. My truck did not come with an owners manual so I cannot locate
